The Council's policy is that all information will be shared amongst relevant officers, your councillor, and relevant other agencies (where the legal framework allows it), in order to resolve your complaint.  No personal information will be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. The information you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. If you do not wish certain information about you to be exchanged in this manner, please tell us immediately.  Please note that if we are unable to share this information amongst relevant parties we may be unable to deal fully with resolving your complaint.
