The election of the Police and Crime Commissioner for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Police Area will take place on Thursday 2 May 2024

Election Details

Polling Card will be delivered in late March. It will give details of either your local Polling Station or of your Postal Vote. This will depend on your choice of voting method.

The last date to apply to Register to Vote in this election is Tuesday 16 April 2024. 

You will need an approved form of photographic identification. You need this type of identification to allow you to vote at this or any other election. If you do not have any suitable form of photographic identification you can apply for a Voter Authority Certificate. 

The last date to apply for, or to cancel a Postal Vote is 5:00pm on Wednesday 17 April 2024. 

The last date to apply for, or to cancel a Proxy Vote is 5:00pm on Wednesday 24 April 2024.
